No. Antibiotics that treat acne will not decrease the effectiveness of hormonal birth control methods like the patch.
Very few medications can reduce the effectiveness of hormone methods like the patch. They include the anti-tuberculosis drug, rifampin (Rifadin) and certain anticonvulsants/anti-seizure medications such as Tegretol, Dilantin, Mysoline, phenobarbital, and the anti-fungal medication griseofulvin.
