My parents are really, truly against sex before marriage. To be honest, I don’t agree with their opinions. But I feel horrible and like it’s wrong to have a sex or anything, because I know it would make them upset and angry if they found out… I feel always horrible when I’m even kissing… I’m still virgin but I don’t want to wait until marriage. Should I feel bad? Or how can I avoid those feels?
It’s OK to have different views from your parents on sex. But just because you don’t believe that people need to wait for marriage to have sex doesn’t mean that you need to be ready for sex ASAP. Why rush into things like kissing or being sexual if you’re feeling a lot of guilt or confusion? It’s better to take things slowly and only do what you feel comfortable doing. Here are some ways to know if you’re ready for sex.
