Alianza Coachella Valley brings together community members, nonprofits, and government to transform the socioeconomic conditions of the Coachella Valley so that people can prosper and thrive. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Alianza has distributed food and PPE, phone-banked for the 2020 Census and Election Day, and coordinated cash assistance for community members facing financial hardships. Temporary shelter Casa Arcoiris provides humanitarian support to LGBTQ+ migrants, many of whom have been forcibly displaced from their homes in Central America.
