Payment Options

Please note: you will speak with health center staff at your appointment about all of your options, and you will be able to ask questions.

Information regarding your visit:

PPAU has many payment options to ensure that patients receive high-quality services regardless of their income. 

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for funding. Fees are determined on a sliding scale, based on your household income and family size. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. 

We accept the following forms of payment: 

  • cash 

  • major credit/debit cards 

  • HSA cards 

Private Insurance 

We accept most private health plans for all our services. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring your insurance information and ID with you at the time of your visit. Please call your health insurance company to insure coverage.  

Planned Parenthood of Utah does not accept Medicare insurance.  

Donations 

Donations are welcome at the time of your visit to help support our mission and continue the importance of the work we do.
